Colonel Andrew Devey MBE and Lieutenant Colonel Toby Stratton-Brown visit 10 Queen’s Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment

As part of the growth programme for the Brigade of Gurkhas, 10 Queen’s Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment were delighted to be able to host Colonel Andrew Devey MBE and Lieutenant Colonel Toby Stratton-Brown from the Army HQ Infrastructure team on 24th July 2018.
 
The visit was designed to show a functioning Messing Area, Temple/Gumpha, Community Hall and British Forces Broadcasting Service (BFBS) Radio mast facility and to demonstrate the cultural distinctiveness of the Brigade and the importance of facilities such as these. 
 
Following the visit the team moved to the Headquarters Brigade of Gurkhas where they were able to hear from the Deputy Chief of Staff, Major Narendra Gurung in more detail and hold a discussion about the requirements the growth programme will bring.
