14 Gurkha Staff and Personnel Support (GSPS) Trainees from Recruit Intake 2020 have graduated on successful completion of their Service Initial Personnel Administration Course (SIPAC) at Worthy Down, Winchester.
This is the biggest intake to have enlisted into the GSPS. It is just the beginning of their remarkable journey in the ‘pursuit of excellence’ through their military service with the British Army.
Owing to the current situation, the ceremony took place within the social distancing measures and without the presence of GSPS hierarchy and external visitors.
Everyone had performed brilliantly on the course.
Notably, for his exceptional all-round performance, Private Rijesh Rai secured all three awards of the course which included the Captain Peter Taylor Award, SIPAC Best Student and GSPS Top Student). Incredible! Special congratulations to him with this achievement.
They will join units across the Brigade of Gurkhas over the coming weeks.
