Gurkha Staff and Personnel Support (GSPS) badminton team, led by Captain Surendra Limbu Lingden took part in the Annual Adjutant General’s Corps (AGC) Badminton Championship 2022, which was held in Worthy Down Camp, Winchester from in August 2022.
More than 100 players from across the AGC Corps participated in various categories. There were promising performances by members of the team. Corporal Sagar Limbu, Lance Corporal Kshiteez Rai and Private Rijesh Rai participated and performed superbly in their categories, Corporal Jagat Rana reached the quarterfinals in his category and Corporal Mimahang Rai marginally lost in Plate Final category.
