Back in February, members of the Queen's Gurkha Engineers recently attended the Sapper Spotlight Day at the National Army Museum in London where we proudly displayed the Queen’s Gurkha Engineers stand.
Alongside our colleagues in the Bomb Disposable teams, Parachute Regiment and Diving world our stand proved to be a very popular attraction where the team answered questions on Queen’s Gurkha Engineer’s history and wider Brigade of Gurkhas history, deployments, Nepalese culture and many other topics from members of the public.
Visitors of all ages got the chance to get up close with some of the equipment and vehicles used by the Royal Engineers. They also got to try out our mini diggers in a series of fun activities.
