A concert was held at the Armed Police Force Headquarters Hall Chowk in Kathmandu to mark the Band of the Brigade of Gurkhas recent completion of a Short Term Training program with the Nepal Armed Police Force Band.
The training focused on sectional mentoring, conducting, and individual musicianship, with members of the Band of the Brigade of Gurkhas taking the lead to enhance the musicianship of the Police Band.
The Inspector General of the Armed Police Force, Raju Aryal attended the event as the chief guest and presented tokens of appreciation to the Band’s Director Of Music, Captain Esther Hayes and Assistant Director Of Music, Captain Sunil Gurung.
