Taekwondo – Army Champions

British Army Champions!

The Queen’s Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment Taekwondo Team have done it again – British Army Champions. Captain Chris Swift and Corporal Debindra Limbu, our Martial Arts officer and coach, took the Regimental team to the British Army Winter Martial Arts Competition.

• Corporal Hitaman Ghale retained his title as British Army Champion with a Gold Medal – Lightweight Senior Fight
• Pte Manoj Rai secured Silver – Heavyweight Fight and a second Silver in his Poomsae
• Pte Niraj Lama won Silver – Lightweight Fight
