Two Gurkha teams from 2 Infantry Training Battalion (ITC) in Catterick were successful in the UK North Inter-Unit Badminton Championship which took place on the 26th October 2022. Led by badminton secretary, Lance Corporal Kshiteez Rai, the ITC team were able to reach the finals in several major event categories to secure places in the Army Championship to be held in Grantham on the 14th of November 2022. 11 different units took part, and it provided a great opportunity for players to showcase their skills.
