The Infantry Basic Radio User (IBRU) cadre serves as an initial introduction to Combat Network Radio (CNR) for newly arrived soldiers in the Battalion. This comprehensive weeklong program focuses on teaching the soldiers the fundamentals of radio usage. In the current year, the cadre was divided into two groups, namely IBRU 2401 and IBRU 2402, with a total of 36 young soldiers participating. Throughout the two phases of the cadre, Rifleman Pujan Balal and Rifleman Samir Tamang emerged as the top students in their respective groups. The overall management and supervision of the cadre was carried out by Corporal Sajan Gurung.
