The Britsh Forces Brunei Physical training parade held on the 20th of March 20th at Tuker Lines, Brunei was centered around Yoga.

The session included gentle stretching, various Yoga postures, and meditation to promote relaxation, recovery, and mental well-being. This focus was especially crucial as most troops had just returned from a two-week Battalion exercise in the jungle. Mr Bhismaraj Niraula (Pundit ji), along with the support of Staff Sergent instructor Bikash Gurung generously dedicated their time to lead the session.
