Defence School of Logistics and Administration (DSLA) Trainer of the Year 2024 – Cpl Amir Chamling
On the 11th of Apr 2024, Corporal Amir Chamling from the Queens Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment who is currently assigned as an instructor in 85 Foley Squadron, Command Wing DSLA, has been awarded the Trainer of the Year 2024 in the DSLA Awards.
Corporal Chamling has been commended for his nearly flawless instructional duties as a Section Commander and a plethora of challenging activities that he has undertaken. This resulted in him being awarded this prestigious title above more than 600 Tri-Service Trainers and Civil Servant Trainers across DSLA.
