67 Gurkha Field Squadron, recently deployed to the Cinque Ports Training Area and Hythe Ranges, to conduct Alpha and Bravo level training. The exercise focused on the Battlecraft Syllabus and the Core Combat Individual Training Requirements.
The Gurkhas were rigorously trained and tested over a four-day period on a variety of realistic infantry training scenarios. The final day consisted of a march and shoot event, challenging soldiers to put their marksmanship skills to the test to ensure the Squadron is fully prepared for future operational deployments. A challenging deployment which tested many aspects of skills required by our soldiers.
