Gunner Mahatdan Rai, who transferred to The King’s Gurkha Artillery only a few months ago, has achieved an outstanding milestone by finishing top of the Strike Level 2 Operator Course run by 24 (Irish) Battery from 24 November to 12 December 2025.
Competing against students from across the Royal Artillery, he excelled in light gun operations, targeting, and tactics, demonstrating outstanding dedication and upholding the Brigade of Gurkhas high standard of excellence.
