The British Army Combat Shooting Team Selection

Three personnel from 10 Queen’s Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment (QOGLR), Private (Pte) Anish Rai, Pte Raju Gurung and Pte Immanuel Rai has successfully selected to represent the British Army Combat Shooting Team (BACST) 2025. They are now the part of the BACST and currently training with BACST to compete in the international shooting competition in the Netherlands.

Pte Anish and Pte Immanuel Rai are also a part of the 10 QOGLR shooting team and have participated in the Corps Operational Shooting Competition 2025 accomplishing excellent result representing the top six shooters of the Corps in the Methune Cup.

This year, BACST has eight team members and amongst them three members are from 10 QOGLR and other five members are from 5 RIFLES.
