On 5 November 2025, Brigadier Charlie Harmer, Colonel of The King’s Gurkha Artillery (KGA), made his first official visit to the regiment at Larkhill Garrison. He was greeted with a guard of honour and the traditional KGA colour garland.
During the Visit, he observed Light Gun (L118) training and visited the KGA temple, where he offered prayers and received blessings from Lama Guru. The visit concluded with short interaction with soldiers and their families, followed by a light lunch.
