Seven Members of the UK Government, alongside two Lieutenant Colonels from the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme (AFPS) team, recently visited Brunei to gain a deeper understanding of life within the Brunei of British Armed Forces. This valuable exchange aimed to enhance parliamentary discussions on key military-related issues, fostering informed debate and decision-making.


The delegation received a warm welcome from C (Moguang) Company, The First Battalion, The Royal Gurkha Rifles. Their dedication highlighted the operational efficiency and professionalism of the Brunei-based unit. This visit reinforces the commitment to strengthening military cooperation and broadening perspectives on defence matters.
