Congratulations to Sergeant Krishna from Queen’s Gurkha Engineers (QGE) was awarded a chief instructor coin from Royal Engineer Warfare Wing (REWW) in recognition of his hard work, dedication and professionalism.

He is currently employed as Sergeant instructor at Royal Engineer Communication Information System School in 3 Royal School of Military Engineering Regiment (RSME). His responsibilities include coordinating training facilities for ME DCT, and delivering Courses to personnel including Corporal and Sergeants Course across the Royal Engineer (RE) Corps.

Additionally, he helps with communication training for BGE’s course on operation staff work and Staff User Course for Troop Commanders. He reviews the course curriculum regularly and suggests improvements to make it more relevant to current requirements and threats. He also plays a vital role in the delivery of the order process for the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Army Leadership Development Programme Course including covering as the Admin Sergeant for the RE Reserve Officer Course. He has been a good asset in leading the delivery of the SA (M) cadre for the 3 RSME personnel and has also completed the Heavy Drill Instructor Course, utilising his qualification when required for the Regiment.

A great ambassador for QGE, Sergeant Krishna also pursued a Bachelor of Arts in business management from Lincoln University with upper second-class honours in business management.
