Colour Sergeant (CSgt) Anil Chhetri, (Regimental Instructor CAMS Anti-Tank Division), led a team on Exercise CATERAN YOMP, a gruelling 24-hour endurance event through the Scottish Highlands along the Cateran Trail.
Facing relentless wind, rain, hailstorms, blisters, and fatigue, the team pressed on through day and night, sun to moon demonstrating resilience, teamwork, and determination. Participants aimed to cover 54 miles to raise funds for ABF The Soldiers’ Charity. The team completed the challenge (Gold distinction award) and raised £3,036 for the charity. The experience tested both physical and mental endurance while reinforcing core military values in a demanding environment.
