Drone training has officially landed at ITC Catterick. Gurkha Training Company has delivered its first Small Uncrewed Aircraft System (sUAS) course, a milestone moment led by Corporal Anand Rai of 6 (Assaye) Platoon.

Across an intensive programme, trainees got hands on with modern drone technology: mastering flight operations, safety drills, mission planning, and the rules that keep everything airworthy. The result is a sharper, more technologically confident cohort ready to bring new capability into the training area.
