On 30th of January 2024, The Band of the Brigade of Gurkhas performed at a residential care home in Pokhara, Kaski, followed by a performance at the British Gurkha Museum, Pokhara. The Band had the privilege of meeting veterans, widows of British Gurkha ex-servicemen, and the retired Queens Gurkha Officer Captain Ben Bahadur Ale, former Assistant Director of Music, who also conducted The Second Battalion, The Royal Gurkha Rifles Regimental March.
