Members of the Gurkha Brigade Association, serving and veterans, gathered at the Gurkha Memorial in Whitehall, London, on the 7th of November 2024, to pay their respects and remember those we have lost from the Brigade of Gurkhas in conflict, operations and exercises around the world.
Representatives from each of the six cap badges of the serving Brigade and the antecedent regiments laid wreaths at the base of the statue. A bugle from the Royal Corps of Army Music played last post and reveille and a bagpiper from the Queen’s Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment performed a lament.
