On 6 November 2025, members of the Gurkha Brigade Association, and serving personnel, gathered in London for a series of events. The opening of the Field of Remembrance at Westminster, attend by Her Royal Highness The Queen Consort, wreath laying at the Statue on Whitehall of Field Marshal The Right Honourable Viscount Slim KG GCB GCMG GCVO GBE DSO MC, PC.
This was followed by a short service and wreath laying at the Gurkha Statue outside the MOD Main Building.
The Annual General Meeting for the GBA took place in the afternoon at the Army and Navy Club, and in the evening, members of the Association gathered at the same club for an update from HQ Brigade of Gurkhas, Gurkha Brigade Association, The Gurkha Welfare Trust and The Gurkha Museum.
This was followed by a wonderful meal, supported with a bagpiper from The Queen’s Gurkha Engineers.
