The Cross-Country competition for Gurkha Intake 25, saw 274 trainees and permanent staff from Gurkha Company (Catterick) tackle a demanding 10km course with grit and determination, despite challenging weather conditions.
The fastest time recorded was an impressive 39mins 30secs, showcasing the physical excellence and resilience of the participants.
The race was started by the Commanding Officer of the 2nd Infantry Training Battalion and the Officer Commanding Gurkha Company (Catterick), significantly boosting morale of the runners.
The event was successfully coordinated by Corporal Adarsh Gurung, whose leadership ensured smooth execution and high spirits throughout.
