First class results on Infantry Platoon Radio Operator Course
The First Battalion, The Royal Gurkha Rifles, HQ (Burma) Company, Signals Platoon successfully conducted the Infantry Platoon Radio Operator (IPRO) Cadre 2501 from 5 – 23 May 2025. The cadre is a specialised training programme designed to develop highly capable and tactically proficient radio operators for infantry platoons. It focuses on providing students with the technical and tactical skills, procedural knowledge, and operational awareness required to ensure seamless communication in combat and field environments.

All students demonstrated professionalism, and dedication to mastering the communications procedures, radio equipment operation, and tactical signal support.
