On the 25th of August, 204 Gurkha Trainees from Recruit Intake 23 were presented with cap badges for the units they will be joining across the Brigade of Gurkhas. Senior Officers from across the Brigade gathered at Gurkha Company Catterick to welcome them to one of the six organisations within the Brigade.

The new Officer Commanding, Major Dillikumar Rai MVO congratulated the trainees on reaching this point of their 39-week training programme.

Colonel Brigade of Gurkhas, Colonel David Robinson also spoke to the parade, advising them they are part of a bigger family with the Brigade of Gurkhas. But also how each of the Regiments and Corps they are now assigned to will be watching them over the remainder of their training in Catterick.
