The official draw for the Brigade of Gurkhas Nepal Cup, Kathmandu Cup, and Ladies Volleyball Competition for 2025 was conducted at the Headquarters Brigade of Gurkhas on 29 April 2025. This event was organized by Captain Tarjan Gurung (SO3 Plans HQ Brigade of Gurkhas), with teams being selected from the bowls by Colonel David Robinson (Colonel Brigade of Gurkhas).
The rounds of the Nepal Cup will commence on 2 June 2025, culminating in the final at the Brigade Bhela in Aldershot on 5 July 2025. Additionally, the Kathmandu football cup for Gurkha veterans’ teams and the Gurkha ladies volleyball competition will also be held at the Bhela. All three competitions are expected to be highly competitive.
We will strive to livestream as many matches of the Nepal Cup rounds as possible, with Forces News providing a livestream of the Nepal Cup final. However, we encourage as many attendees as possible to join us at the Bhela to support the teams and participate in the day’s planned activities.
