On the 9th of November 2023, members of the Gurkha Brigade Association gathered in Westminster and Whitehall. The first location was for a limited number at the Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey for the Royal British Legion event. This event has been organised by The Poppy Factory since 1928.
This was followed by a short wreath laying service at the Field Marshall First Viscount Slim statue, and then onto the Gurkha Statue for short remembrance ceremony to pay respect to all the Gurkhas who have lost their life, serving in the Brigade of Gurkhas.
