Gurkha Gunners Supporting the Gurkha Museum
Congratulations to Warrant Officer Class Two Nagendra, Bombardier Hikmat, and Gunner Samarpan from The King’s Gurkha Artillery, who completed the 42km Southampton Marathon 2026 with one mission: to honour their heritage and protect the Gurkha legacy.
They ran not just for the miles, but to raise funds in support of the Gurkha Museum’s Project Kaida, the Gurkha Museum redevelopment programme dedicated to preserving our stories, sacrifices, and identity, so they may continue to inspire future generations.
Every mile they ran was a promise to preserve the legacy. Please stand with them and support the project. Help keep the legacy alive, strong, proud, and enduring. Every contribution you make is vital to that mission.
