Private Prashant Rai (Queen’s Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment, represented Infantry Training Centre Catterick (ITC) at the Army Badminton Championship in Grantham in November 2024.
He won the Men’s Singles, Inter Unit Doubles, and Open Men’s Doubles, and was the runner-up in Mixed Doubles. ITC dominated the competition, securing the prestigious Army Cup Title.
This marks Private Prashant’s second consecutive year as the Army Men’s Singles champion.
