Gurkha Staff and Personnel Support (GSPS) held their Attestation Day events at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst on the 26th of November 2024.

Five individuals swore allegiance to His Majesty King Charles III and to the GSPS on a parade in the morning. This was also the ideal opportunity for three commissioned Gurkhas within GSPS to be formally recognised on the parade.

The parade marched on to the Old College Square and was inspected by Brigadier A D Griffiths OBE (Colonel of the Regiment GSPS). The Band of the Brigade of Gurkhas supported the parade.

The celebrations continued later in the day when guests gathered to for drinks and to listen to the Gurkha Band on the steps at Old College. Then GSPS personnel and guests moved into the Indian Army Memorial Room inside Old College, for a formal dinner, and celebration of the GSPS.
