10 Gurkhas have completed the basic parachuting course with the Army Parachute Association (APA) in Netheravon. It was a great opportunity to test themselves in challenging conditions and at no cost to the individual.

The APA has charitable objectives aimed at promoting and supporting sports parachuting for military personnel, active and retired. Our Association welcomes civilian members and tandem students and benefits enormously from the skills and diversity that they bring.

Sport within the Armed Forces is key to preparing service personnel for operations. It is fundamental to the cohesion, pride and courage of our people.
