Gurkhas from QOGLR Take on the Fleet Half Marathon

A fantastic display of fitness and determination was delivered by the Gurkhas of the Queen’s Own Gurkha Logistic Regiment and permanent staff, proudly representing the Defence School of Transport (DST) at the Fleet Half Marathon on 29 March 2026, under the leadership of Corporal Rabin Rana.

A special congratulations goes to Private Prajol Tamang for his outstanding performance, securing 3rd place in the U23 category with an impressive time of 1 hour and 16 minutes.

The event highlighted personal resilience, commitment, and exceptional team spirit. Every runner gave their all and represented the team with pride.
